Vegan with dates and nuts
Method
Fill the dates with nuts of your choice
Melt the dark choclate in a bain-marie
Prick each date with a toothpick and dip in the melted chocolate
Place on non-stick paper and sprinkle with whatever topping you like while they are still warm

800 g of dates
250 g dried figs
350 g couverture (dark chocolate)
