Method
Whip the double cream
Mix the sugar with the vanilla or cocoa and add the whipped cream.
Stir well and place in the freezer overnight
Ingredients
For the vanilla ice cream:
300 ml cream
240 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 vanilla pod
For the chocolate ice cream:
300 ml cream,
240 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
