Amazing cheese bread
Method
In a bowl pour the milk, sugar, yeast and the lightly beaten egg.
Stir and add the sifted flour and salt.
Stir and add the butter.
Knead for five minutes and let it rest covered for 90 minutes in a warm place.
In a bowl, place the coarsely grated feta cheese, the sour cream, the oregano, the thyme and stir.
In a second bowl, mix the butter and the spring onion and grate black pepper.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius without the fan
Place the dough on a floured counter.
Fold it a couple of times and divide it into ten equal parts shaped into balls.
Grease with butter a 25 cm baking tray
Spread a ball of dough in an oval shape and fill with the stuffing. Wrap it in an elongated shape and seal it well,
For the center, make a round piece which you place in the center of the pan. Position the long and narrow ones around like sunbeams.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Brush with lightly beaten egg and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

1 teaspoon chopped spring onions (only the green)
