With a hearty meat and cheese filling
Method
Place all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix
Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes
Leave it covered for half an hour to rest
Divide it into 12 balls
On the counter, put a little cornflour and open a sheet about the size of a plate. Just a little smaller
Butter each sheet that you open and place it on top of the previous one
Place them on top of each other in two sets of 8 and flour the last one
Fry the minced meat until it absorbs all the liquid and gets a nice color
Add the onion and saute over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes
Add salt and pepper and as soon as you turn off the heat, add the parsley
Butter the baking tray
In a bowl, break an egg and beat it with a whisk
Add the yogurt, mix and add the cheeses
Also add the cold minced meat to the cheeses
Preheat the oven at 180° on the resistances
Spread the first set of 8 discs onto one sheet, butter it and add the filling
Then open the second sheet and place it on top of the filling
Take the ends of both sheets together and twist them into a knot
Cut into pieces and pour over the rest of the butter
Bake for 55 minutes

750 g minced beef
375 g of feta cheese
300 g of yellow cheese
3-4 onions
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
3 tbsp yoghurt
olive oil for frying
salt and pepper
