Method
Boil the potatoes
Mash them and add salt and pepper
Add the rest of the ingredients and knead
Preheat the oven at 220°C fan
Shape the meatballs
Brush them with olive oil
Bake for 20-25 minutes

2 eggs
4 tbsp hard cheese (40 g)
4 tbsp breadcrumbs (30 g)
1 pc. garlic
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp mint
salt and pepper
a little olive oil for brushing
