Method
Prepare all the ingredients
Sauté the meat and set it aside
Sauté the onion and add the carrots and leeks
Add the garlic and after 1 minute glaze with the wine
Add the cabbage and mix
Once the cabbage has wilted a little, add the rest of the ingredients and mix
Season the meat with salt and pepper and add it to the pot
Preheat the oven at 160° fan
Boil for 15 minutes and then transfer it to the casserole
Bake for 45 minutes and let it rest for half an hour before serving
Ingredients
1,500 g pork meat in pieces
1 medium cabbage
1/2 wine glass olive oil (50 ml)
1 onion
3-4 carrots
2 large leeks
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 wine glass of red wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
4 medium diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp. ground spice
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mixed vegetable powder
50-100 ml of water
