So delicious! I ate these pork chops at a village festival

  Method  

  1. Add the flour, breadcrumbs and eggs in plates for breading

  2. Chop the mushrooms into slices and put them in a pan without oil until they wilt

  3. Add the onions, pepper, thyme and garlic

  4. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and beat them to make them thinner

  5. Pass them in the order of the flour, the egg and the breadcrumbs

  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side

  7. Add the bacon and eggs in a pan and fry them

  8. Serve

  Ingredients  

4 pork cutlets from the back 

500 g mushrooms 

1 onion (225 g) 

2 cloves garlic 

Eggs 

Parsley 

Panko breadcrumbs 

Flour 

Egg yolk 

Vegetable oil 

2-3 tbsp butter 

Salt 

Pepper 

Bacon strips (optional)
