1 kg pork neck/shoulder

50 ml of white wine

3 colored peppers (500g)

1 onion (180g)

5-6 green onions

400 g of mushrooms

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp cumin powder

Salt
