Pasta with Seafood
Method
Clean the seafood well
Boil the shrimp heads in 1 liter of water for 10 minutes and keep the broth
Saute the onion and carrot in a saucepan until they turn brown. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add half a glass of broth from the heads you boiled. Add the tomato sauce, thyme and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti for 2 minutes less than the package says in salt water to which I add the rest of the broth from the prawn heads.
Put oil and garlic in a pan. Add the chili. Add the prawns, sauté them and as soon as you turn them add the ouzo. Add the anise and mussels and season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook until the mussels open.
Set aside
In the pan I place the sauce, the spaghetti, the seafood and at the end the parsley
Ingredients
400 grams of linguine
500 gr. prawns
500 gr. Mussels in the shell
400 gr. canned tomatoes
2-4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1-2 onions
1 carrot
1 shot of ouzo
1 tsp aniseed
1 tsp dried thyme
parsley
salt pepper
Fresh chili hot or chili flakes (optional)
