Stuffed burgers from the oven

With delicious filling and cheese.

  Method  

  1. Knead the minced meat well with all its ingredients

  2. Boil the potatoes until half-boiled

  3. Chop the peppers and mushrooms

  4. Chop the parsley and garlic

  5. Grate the cheese

  6. Place the onion in hot oil until it softens

  7. Add the garlic, peppers and mushrooms

  8. Add salt, pepper and parsley and after 3-4 minutes I remove from the heat

  9. In a bowl put olive oil, grated garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and red pepper

  10. Preheat the oven at 190° without the fans

  11. Lightly press each potato with your hand and drop them into the rosemary mixture

  12. Shape the patties and make a dent in the top

  13. Fill the burgers with cheeses and stuffing

  14. Place the potatoes in the pan between the burgers and pour olive oil over them

  15. Bake for about 40 minutes

  Ingredients  

For the patties

1 kg minced meat (800 g beef and 200 g pork)

1 onion, chopped (220 g)

2 eggs

18 g of salt

Black pepper to taste

2 tbsp dry thyme

1 tbsp cumin (powder)

1 tbsp coriander (powder)

2 tbsp sweet paprika

1 tbsp bukovo (optional)


For the filling

300 g of mushrooms

1 onion

1 ½ bell pepper in color

2 cloves of garlic

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil for frying

120 g of gouda cheese

80 g mozzarella (optional)

½ bunch of parsley


700 g half-boiled potatoes

Olive oil

2 tbsp sweet paprika

1-2 tbsp. chopped rosemary

2-3 tbsp. fresh thyme

1-2 cloves of garlic
