Method
Knead the minced meat well with all its ingredients
Boil the potatoes until half-boiled
Chop the peppers and mushrooms
Chop the parsley and garlic
Grate the cheese
Place the onion in hot oil until it softens
Add the garlic, peppers and mushrooms
Add salt, pepper and parsley and after 3-4 minutes I remove from the heat
In a bowl put olive oil, grated garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and red pepper
Preheat the oven at 190° without the fans
Lightly press each potato with your hand and drop them into the rosemary mixture
Shape the patties and make a dent in the top
Fill the burgers with cheeses and stuffing
Place the potatoes in the pan between the burgers and pour olive oil over them
Bake for about 40 minutes

1 kg minced meat (800 g beef and 200 g pork)
1 onion, chopped (220 g)
2 eggs
18 g of salt
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp dry thyme
1 tbsp cumin (powder)
1 tbsp coriander (powder)
2 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp bukovo (optional)
For the filling
300 g of mushrooms
1 onion
1 ½ bell pepper in color
2 cloves of garlic

Olive oil for frying
120 g of gouda cheese
80 g mozzarella (optional)
½ bunch of parsley
700 g half-boiled potatoes
Olive oil
2 tbsp sweet paprika
1-2 tbsp. chopped rosemary
2-3 tbsp. fresh thyme
1-2 cloves of garlic
